      <lead><![CDATA[AN intrepid photographer has captured some of the most spectacular underground glaciers in the world. Eric Guth, from Portland in the US, has made it his mission to track down the coolest glacier caves - sometimes camping in freezing temperatures to capture the perfect photograph. Mr Guth, 30, says he has spent five years visiting unknown caves from Patagonia in South America to Iceland in the north Atlantic.]]></lead>
